- Bacteria growth is the
fastest in the temperature zone +20 to +40 deg.C, hence rapid chilling is
recommended for the cooked food to render the food safe and store for later
consumption.
- Suitable for the batch
production and available for 250 kg, 500 Kg, 1000 kg, 2000 kg batches
- Bringing down the
temperatures from +70 Deg.C to + 4 Deg.C in 1 ½ hours for theblast chillers &
from +25 Deg.C to -20 Deg.C in 6 hours for the blast freezers.
- Ref.Systems are completely
assembled, tested at factory to ensure optimum efficiency and easier
installation at site.
